GRACE MAE PHOTOGRAPHY – COURSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF USE

By purchasing and accessing this course, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Grace Mae Photography, owned by Dominique (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Course Access & Use
This course is intended for individual use only. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for personal educational purposes only.

2. Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to videos, behind-the-scenes footage, teaching materials, PDFs, guides, branding, and language, are the intellectual property of Grace Mae Photography and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Use
By purchasing this course, you agree that you will not:

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

4. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this course, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

5. Educational Purpose Only
This course is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, income levels, or business success. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, and application.

6. Confidentiality & Respect
Any behind-the-scenes content, client interactions, or mentoring sessions included in this course are to be treated as confidential. You agree not to share or publicly discuss private client information or participant experiences.

7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to revoke access to the course at any time if these terms are violated, without refund.

Course access is intended for individual use only.  We reserve the right to monitor login activity, including IP addresses and device usage, to help protect the integrity of the educational experience and copyrighted materials.  Accounts showing suspicious activity, unauthorized sharing, or simultaneous access from multiple users may be suspended or removed without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
Grace Mae Photography is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of course materials.

9. Agreement
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
